ITMU Important Update

It is with regret that I must inform you that International Transport & Maritime Underwriters (ITMU) will no longer write any new business or offer any renewal terms on any account with an inception or renewal date after 31st August 2009.
Any quotations that have been issued for business incepting prior to 31st August 2009 are still valid but ITMU will not be able to incept any policies after this date.
We will keep you fully up to date as regards any future developments.
All current policies will remain valid for the remainder of the current insurance period and ITMU will continue to manage all mid-term alterations on policies until their natural expiry. For policies incepting or renewing after 31st August 2009 we advise that you will need to make arrangements with alternative insurers.
ITMU will continue to handle Claims on all policies incepting or renewing as above.
